We’re taking even more precautions to keep you safe—so you
can return to take care of your health
If you’ve been delaying primary care appointments, annual screenings
or treatments for chronic conditions, it’s more important than ever
to return for the health care you need. As we safely resume all services,
trust that we have made modifications to provide you—and your family—the
safest care possible. Please, don’t delay the health visits you
need. Going without wellness checks, immunizations and other important
care could impact your health—and life.
Safely resuming all services including.
- Wellness exams for all ages
- Vaccinations and immunizations for adults and children
- Preventative screenings including colonoscopies and mammograms
- Imaging services (MRI, CT scan, X-ray and ultrasound)
- Diabetic and nutrition counseling
- Surgeries and other diagnostic tests
Additional safety precautions include:
Screening at main entrance: Everyone entering CDP Health Care should use the main entrance where a
brief screening will take place in which you’ll be asked a few questions,
have your temperature taken and be required to wear a mask. Please bring
your own mask or we’ll provide one at the door.
More extensive cleaning: We’ve incorporated even more frequent cleaning practices to disinfect
high touch and environmental surfaces.
Modifications for social distancing: We have taken extra steps so patients can maintain 6 feet of social distancing.
Hand sanitizer: We’ve added even more hand sanitizer throughout our buildings. Everyone
who visits should use it frequently, especially after touching shared surfaces.
